Dr. Jani Ingram, Associate Professor at Northern Arizona University and Enooyaq Sudlovenick, PhD student at the University of Manitoba will be presenting their work on how they have utilized Indigenous Knowledges and Western Science methods to address the concern of contaminants in traditional foods.
